Role Overview

The role involves overseeing the entire process of lead management, sales and business development for a designated region.

  • Responsible for ensuring 100% coverage in assigned territory and tracking other key parameters through data management.
  • Develop client acquisition campaigns and lead generation initiatives to build a strong brand reputation.
  • Provide services in the respective region and be accountable for service delivery, ensuring client retention and references.
  • Offer market intelligence, data analytics, and insights to support marketing efforts in launching promotional and customer communication initiatives.
  • Achieve targets in designated areas by developing and maintaining databases, regular reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Operate as a frontline sales professional, responsible for mapping new projects and builders in designated territories, acquiring new projects and builders to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Drive revenue and coverage growth by achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accountability for the entire process of lead management, sales, and business development in the region.
  2. Ensure 100% coverage in the assigned territory and track key parameters through data management.
  3. Client acquisition campaign development and lead generation to build a flagship brand for Property.
  4. Service delivery accountability in the respective region, ensuring client retention and references.
  5. Market intelligence, data analytics, and insights provision to support marketing efforts.
  6. Target achievement in designated areas through database development and maintenance, regular reporting, and follow-ups.
  7. Frontline sales operations, including mapping new projects and builders in designated territories.
  8. Revenue and coverage growth through target achievement.
