Regional Growth Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our regional growth initiatives. As a Regional Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business expansion across multiple regions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving growth through innovative solutions. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders and external partners to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and execute plans that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional growth roadmaps that align with our overall business strategy.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Lead technical and commercial solutioning aligned with industry regulations and market trends.
  • Oversee project execution across internal and partner teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Drive billing and collections, proactively addressing revenue or recovery bottlenecks.
  • Manage tender participation, including consortium development and bid strategy formulation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in power utility services, with significant exposure to MBC, AMI, EPC-based delivery, and solar energy solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of AMISP frameworks, RDSS scheme guidelines, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing utility accounts and executing high-value service contracts.
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to manage complex project risks and contractual obligations.
