
Regional Growth Lead

We are seeking a driven individual to lead our regional growth initiatives, focusing on school acquisition and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to expand our LEAD Test Prep program through new school partnerships, ensuring alignment with our mission.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner schools, establishing strong relationships based on a deep understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
- Foster school growth through targeted parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional branding efforts.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our goals, ensuring seamless transition to our Key Account team.
- Maintain timely collections, monitor key performance metrics, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- 8-10 years of experience in new client acquisition, with 2-4 years in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in pan-India sales solution delivery and leadership of high-volume sales engagements.
- Exceptional skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory or zone.
