Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Professional to join our team as a Regional Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a proven track record of success in sales or community outreach.

Job Description

Promote offerings to senior citizens and their families through on-ground outreach and engagement strategies.

Achieve local sales targets for memberships and services by leveraging relationships with local communities and residential associations.

Organize small-scale events, demos, and engagement sessions to foster connections and build trust with potential customers.

Develop and execute targeted lead generation plans using field visits, referrals, and networking opportunities.

Report activity, lead status, and conversions to the Regional Head and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.

Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure member satisfaction and retention, driving long-term loyalty and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience in field sales or community outreach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Experience working with senior citizens is an asset, but not required
