Job Overview

As a senior field service engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
  • Utilize expertise in DCS and PLC systems to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Honeywell Systems, focusing on TDC, TPS, EPKS, ML200, PGM, SM, Network, FGS, and DVM.
  • Operate within designated regions, prioritizing customer sites based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to explore additional business opportunities and create new revenue streams.
  • Coordinate project execution with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support to junior engineers as needed, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of contract execution, customer deliverables, and GSM process compliance.
  • Identify and develop new business prospects through site assessments and pre-sales pitches.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team of 4-6 engineers.
  • Flexibility to work across different locations, including regional sites and parts of neighboring states.
