Job Title: Sr Advanced Field Service Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr Advanced Field Service Engineer to join our team. As an Advanced Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to our customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Plan and Coordinate Maintenance Visits: Plan and coordinate maintenance visits for our customers, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency maintenance.
  • Operate from Baroda: Be willing to operate from Baroda and handle customers based in or near the region.
  • Work Closely with Customers: Work closely with customers to explore additional business opportunities and create new revenue streams.
  • Coordinate with Central Team: Coordinate with the central team in Pune to ensure successful project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed as a Sr Advanced Field Service Engineer, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation or Electronics: A bachelor's degree in instrumentation or electronics is required.
  • Leadership Quality: Possess leadership quality and experience handling a team of 4-6 engineers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • Previous Industry Experience: Previous industry experience, particularly in customer service and technical installation, is highly valued.
