**Job Summary:**

A skilled Technical Support Specialist is needed to resolve complex technical cases created by customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have experience providing customer-facing technical support.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical issues through various technologies, including web, chat, email, case updates, and direct telephone support.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to isolate the potential cause of issues.
  • Manage and resolve challenging issues assigned, coordinating assistance from additional teams when necessary.
  • Provide input regarding process and product improvements based on unique perspectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years providing customer-facing technical support.
  • Excellent communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming skills (Java strongly preferred).
  • Experience with ITOM applications and ServiceNow platform.
  • Previous experience working with scripting languages like JavaScript.
