Job Role Overview:
The Regional Administrative Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing regional administrative activities and operations.
- This includes direct reporting to the Zonal Admin Head on day-to-day activities, incident management, and monitoring of key project activities, plans, and progresses.
- The role also involves managing calls and discussions, end-to-end Exam day and non-exam day administrative activities management, and team coordination.
- A critical aspect of this position is ensuring zero incidents on Exam day related to Admin Services, as well as helping in recruitment, training, and talent development of team members.
- The Regional Vendor Management and support to the Zonal Head in finalizing contracts and vendor invoices are also part of this role.
- Publishing regular dashboards on key performance parameters to the Zonal Admin Head and Senior Management on a need basis is another responsibility.
- This position serves as the central point of contact for all facility-related matters at the regional level, ensuring SLA/SLC at Exam Venues, governance over VidZ/LISP partners, and contract management.
- Additionally, the role involves maintaining and monitoring legal compliances for all venues, preparing and deploying contingency/BCP, conducting surprise checks at exam venues, and handling crisis situations.
- Closely coordinating and managing with manpower agencies and conducting audits of Exam venues are also essential responsibilities.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated good communication skills (written/verbal)
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment
- Experience in soft services facility management
- Proven experience in facility operations and management
- Must have managed a team effectively
- Excellent conflict management skills
- Ability to work under extreme pressure and willing to travel
- Strong liaisoning skills with Police and other local government departments
- Awareness of laws related to facility compliance and operations
- Vendor management skills
- Willingness to take complete ownership, responsibility & accountability of assigned work
- Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Professional certifications, additional language knowledge, strong analytical and logical understanding
