Job Role:

A Customer Experience Coordinator role has become available in a fast-growing, dynamic business.

Based in Dehradun, this individual will provide administrative and organisational support to the founder, ensuring smooth execution across customer service, operations, content, and collaborations.

  • Manage daily customer queries (WhatsApp, Instagram, email) within 24 hours
  • Maintain brand calendar for sales, launches, and shoots
  • Coordinate with freelancers (editors, photographers, UGC creators)
  • Keep inventory updated, assist with website uploads
  • Manage influencer/brand collaborations and follow-ups
  • Share weekly reports on customers, stock, and key updates
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Liaison: Handle all customer inquiries, providing timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain brand calendars, ensuring seamless execution of sales, launches, and shoots.
  • Freelancer Coordination: Collaborate with external professionals, including editors, photographers, and UGC creators, to deliver high-quality content.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, updating records as necessary and assisting with website content uploads.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with influencers and brands, managing collaborations and following up on opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on customer interactions, stock levels, and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles, operations, or executive assistant positions.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable individual.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive tasks to completion.
  • Bonus: Experience in fashion, jewellery, or e-commerce is highly valued.
