Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Hospitality Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and communications for the founder.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor lists, contracts, and contact databases.
  • Develop and update Excel/Google Sheets for budget tracking, timelines, and project management.
  • Coordinate with consultants, designers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.
  • Assist with event planning, activations, and launches for the brand.
  • Conduct market research on vendors, suppliers, and trends as required.
  • Prepare meeting notes, reminders, and follow-ups in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a project manager for administrative workflows, ensuring tasks and deadlines are met.
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or executive assistance is preferred but not mandatory.
