
Central Region Sales Executive

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly targets, while exploring new sales opportunities in the Central region. This includes setting financial targets, building relationships with top management of sales channels, conducting periodical reviews, and setting objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- This role pertains to Central India geographical area (Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh)
- Financial: Achieve bookings, sales, and profitability targets for the region handled.
- Sales Management: Plan strategies and resources to deliver monthly sales targets. Build strong relationships with key customers.
- Sales Planning: Collaborate with Operations and Projects teams to forecast orders and help in advance planning of materials and inventories.
- Project Pursuit: Identify key projects to win and enter early to implement winning strategies.
- Strategic Initiatives: Develop critical initiatives to enhance business from City Gas Companies, Gas Transmission Companies, EPCs and LPG Distributors.
- Sales Promotion: Coordinate focused customer exchange events.
Additional responsibilities include working closely with the Service team to address customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution, and growing lifecycle services business in collaboration with LCS manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:The following qualifications are essential for success in this role:
- Minimum 8-12 years of proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development.
- Critical Thinking and Long-Term Planning Capabilities
- Effective communication capabilities, and ability to influence others
- Good presentation skills
- Understanding of products, applications, and markets.
- Ability to develop sales strategies combining direct and indirect selling.
