Job Summary:
">The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving business targets in the assigned region.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- To achieve business targets by up-selling and cross-selling to existing acquired clients of Dubai Desk through Broking & other products launched from time to time.">
- Good understanding and knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Commodity & Currency Segment, MF, PMS, AIF and all related products is required.">
- Responsibility will also include having a right team and training of the team on Product and Selling Skills.">
- Need to improve and maintain the client activity ratio by activating clients across the segments.">
- Ability to co-ordinate with different teams is essential.">
- Have great channel management skills.">
- Should be a great Team Leader, who is able to hire and train new Relationship Managers.">
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business information are necessary.">
Requirements:
">10+ Years of experience in sales of investment products like Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Stock Broking.
">Handling Team of NRI Relationship Managers is a must.
">Domain Knowledge of Products like PMS, Mutual Funds, AIF, Bonds, Stock Broking is required.
">Experience in handling B2C & B2B is essential.
