Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and ensure successful project execution across residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC segments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and project status in CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and safety standards.
- Develop and execute HVAC sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, dealers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and OEM partners.
- Prepare and deliver competitive quotes, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, engineering, logistics, service) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and provide insights for business growth.
- Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- MBA in Sales & Marketing (an advantage).
- 3–7 years of proven experience in HVAC sales, project sales, or channel management.
Core Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, Ducted & Packaged Units).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to prepare proposals, technical documents, and commercial offers.
- Skilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
