Regional Placement Manager

This is a high-level, challenging role that involves developing and maintaining relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to create employment opportunities for students.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in education or a related field, preferably with a postgraduate degree. They should be able to identify and target top information technology companies, develop strategies to engage with them, and promote the benefits of recruiting students from the institution.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and presentations with company representatives, collaborating with faculty and alumni to leverage connections and referrals, organizing employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events, and staying updated on industry trends and job market demands.

The Placement Manager will also collect feedback from employers and students to continuously improve placement processes and adapt to evolving needs.

This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
