
Regional Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to drive business growth in our region. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing leads, negotiating deals, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opportunity Identification & Nurturing: Utilize market intelligence and industry knowledge to identify potential business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Sales and Deal Closure: Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations, manage negotiations for profitable agreements, and own sales forecasting and pipeline tracking.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understand their needs deeply, and propose tailored solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, and share data-driven insights internally to inform strategic decisions.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools, provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates, and performance reports.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in sectors like EV, automotive, infrastructure, real estate, technology, or energy.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, comfortable working independently, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
