As a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of effective Google Ads campaigns that drive real results for small businesses in North America.

We are looking for an expert with hands-on experience in Performance Max campaigns who can strategically launch, manage, and scale winning campaigns. Your main goal will be performance – delivering high-quality leads, revenue growth, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute data-driven Google Performance Max campaigns targeting local and regional SMBs in the USA
  • Use a numbers-first approach to build hypotheses, validate with data, and scale successful campaigns
  • Optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights on campaign performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality)
  • Own campaign performance and be accountable for meeting lead and sales key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with internal teams on alignment and landing page optimization

Requirements:

  • Mandatory Google Ads Certification
  • Proven experience running Performance Max campaigns for small businesses
  • Strong understanding of North American small business segments and customer behavior
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for max performance
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling
  • Strong communication skills and English proficiency
