We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our business through strategic ad campaigns.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing high-performing ads across various channels to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Key responsibilities include managing Meta Ads & Google Ads for performance marketing, creating, executing, and optimizing campaigns end-to-end on various channels, innovating and coming up with new campaign ideas, and collaborating with internal stakeholders on campaign production schedules and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience running Google and Facebook Ads extensively.
- Managed large-scale digital marketing campaigns.
- At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Experience running ads on lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences.
- Fast-paced growth opportunities.
- Total freedom and authority to drive results.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent digital marketing skills, ability to think creatively and work in a fast-paced start-up environment, high ownership and analytical skills, and collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
