Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and AI Business Growth Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving business expansion by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing client relationships within the Data and AI domain.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in Data, AI, and Software consultancy.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the client base across various industries (Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and business leaders.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, proposal creation, presentations, contract negotiations, and closure.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape solutions that address client challenges and opportunities.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy.

Achieving revenue, pipeline, and growth targets is crucial for this role.

Requirements:

To succeed as our ideal candidate, you should have at least 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within IT Services, Consulting, or Technology Solutions (preferably Data, AI, Cloud, or Software Development).
