We are seeking a highly skilled digital marketing professional to join our team as a Google Ads Expert.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, crowdfunding campaigns, and digital fundraising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize Donations: Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns to achieve monthly fundraising targets.
  • Campaign Optimization: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for continuous campaign improvement.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work with the creative and fundraising teams to align ads with campaign goals and donor psychology.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay updated on Google Ads policies, digital marketing trends, and crowdfunding strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets efficiently to avoid overspending and ensure maximum returns.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing in the Indian market.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
  • Work Style: Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results under strict timelines.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Metrics for Success:

  • Achieving and maintaining ROAS of 2+ across campaigns.
  • Steady growth in donation volumes and donor base.
