Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Channel Development Manager to oversee and expand our network of business partners across a defined region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and experience managing large-scale partner ecosystems.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will drive overall business growth through the channel across the assigned region in close collaboration with regional teams.
  • The candidate will work alongside business teams to ensure channels meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Channel Management: Oversee the expansion of our business partner network and drive revenue growth.
  2. Sales Enablement: Work closely with business teams to deliver sales strategies and achieve targets.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5-10 years of experience managing business partners in a sales role.
  2. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage large-scale partner ecosystems.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
