Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Channel Development Manager to oversee and expand our network of business partners across a defined region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and experience managing large-scale partner ecosystems.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will drive overall business growth through the channel across the assigned region in close collaboration with regional teams.
- The candidate will work alongside business teams to ensure channels meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Management: Oversee the expansion of our business partner network and drive revenue growth.
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with business teams to deliver sales strategies and achieve targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience managing business partners in a sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage large-scale partner ecosystems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Channel Sales, Home Loans, Loan Products, Partner Relationship Management, Sales Strategy.
