Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Relationship Manager. As part of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate entities, banks, distributors, and agents in the region.

Your primary objective will be to drive business growth through consultative engagement with Finance/Treasury heads and CEOs, as well as Branch managers and Regional Heads.

You will also be responsible for prospecting, selling, and managing RMs/Sales people in banks within the region who are involved in mutual funds.

To achieve this, you will need to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth.

An additional key aspect of this role is selecting, motivating, and developing a network of agents and distributors to promote our products and services.

This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
