Manage Customer Retention and Improve Subscriber Loyalty

This role focuses on developing strategies to retain customers, improving their loyalty, and ensuring a positive experience across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating and executing retention marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive retention marketing plans, incorporating email, direct mail, and on-site messaging initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute retention marketing campaigns, leveraging In-App Messaging, Email, and other retention techniques
  • Work closely with Brand and Product Marketing teams to develop key messaging points and direct response creative for various mediums
  • Analyze campaign performance, examining email metrics, conversion rates, and retention to gauge effectiveness and return on investment

Requirements include strong knowledge of retention marketing tools such as Moengage, WebEngage, CleverTap, or similar platforms.
