Job Overview

Support the origination, structuring and execution of financing transactions with Financial Sponsors in India.

  • Originate structured transactions with Financial Sponsors in India, including analysis and execution of sponsor and leverage finance investments across various capital structures.
  • Participate in all stages of investment decision-making, from idea generation to portfolio management, including preparation of investment committee memorandums, building cash flow models, performing due diligence and negotiating terms with sponsors and borrowers.
  • Interface directly with clients, counterparties and internal stakeholders for smooth transaction closure, staying up-to-date with market conditions and regulatory developments, and complying with policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

Pre-MBA experience, MBA degree from a premier institute, financial modeling skills, critical thinking, strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines with integrity and commitment.
