Role Overview:

- We are seeking a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in Debt Syndication to originate and execute complex capital market transactions.

- The role involves end-to-end responsibility for deal origination, structuring, investor engagement.

- Execution of debt products across corporate finance mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Originate Debt Capital Market (DCM) transactions through group relationships and new client acquisition.

- Syndicate and structure debt solutions, including term loans, acquisition finance, project finance, and other structured debt instruments.

- Conduct market scoping.
