Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned investment professional to lead our deal origination and execution efforts in private equity, M&A, and structured finance transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of identifying opportunities in the market, developing business strategies, and driving growth.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Originate and execute end-to-end private equity, M&A, and structured finance transactions">
  • Identify market opportunities and develop business strategies to drive growth">
  • Work closely with clients on mandated transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising">
  • Strategize for raising and restructuring resources for clients">
  • Making effective high-pitch presentations to companies">
  • Manage profit and loss (P&L)">
  • Present at seminars, industry bodies, and associations">
  • Work closely with clients on funding feasibility, financial modeling, business planning, acquisitions, restructuring, and project funding">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate promoters and management">
  • Motivate and manage teams to achieve business targets">
