Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly accomplished Head of Private Equity at the Vice President (VP) level with a distinguished career spanning 20 years in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end execution of complex sell-side PE mandates, including strategic divestments, stake sales, and exits for promoters, corporates, and financial sponsors.

  • Meticulously prepare marketing materials, financial models, valuation analyses, and investor presentations.
  • Drive rigorous due diligence processes, coordinating with legal, financial, and commercial advisors.
  • Provide expert strategic advisory to clients on divestment strategies, optimal deal structuring, valuation, and potential buyer landscape.
