About This Opportunity- We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead complex sell-side mandates, driving results-driven outcomes and delivering exceptional value to clients.
This pivotal role demands a master strategist with an unparalleled understanding of the Indian PE landscape, a proven ability to originate, lead, and successfully close divestment transactions for corporate and financial sponsor clients. The ideal candidate will possess a robust network within the PE and corporate ecosystem, a strong strategic mindset, and the leadership acumen to mentor and guide junior teams.
About You
- A minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or a related field is required.
- You hold an MBA from a premier business school or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, with a strong academic record.
Your Expertise
- Exceptional financial modeling, valuation (DCF, LBO, comparables), and analytical skills are essential.
- You have a deep understanding of transaction structuring, legal documentation, and due diligence processes.
- Proficiency in financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ, VCCEdge) is mandatory.
