About the Role:

  • Generate fee income for the firm through origination and execution of transactions across standard asset classes, high yield deals, special situation deals, venture debt, equity etc.
  • Ideate with promoters/CFO/CXO for structuring and identifying opportunities for financing/restructuring/settlement/advisory mandates
  • Develop pitches with financing solutions and structure acceptable solutions
  • Prepare IM & analytical material for external investors - cash flow models, information docket, etc.
  • Work with external agencies and prospective investors for placements
  • Closure of deal including sanctions, due diligences, documentation and funding

They should also hold an MBA and Chartered Accountancy.
