Job Opportunity: Financial Transactions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Transactions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for originating and executing structured transactions with financial sponsors in India.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Originate and structure transactions with financial sponsors in India.
  • Analyse and execute sponsor and leverage finance investments across various capital structures.
  • Participate in all stages of investments and decision-making processes, including idea generation, underwriting, execution, and portfolio management.
  • Prepare investment committee memorandums and build detailed cash flow models.
  • Perform due diligence on prospective investment opportunities and negotiate terms with sponsors and borrowers.
  • Interface with clients, counterparties, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction closure.
  • Stay up-to-date with current capital market conditions and regulatory developments.
  • Comply with regulatory and internal policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA degree from a premier institute.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modeling and credit analysis.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
