Job Overview:

The role of Investment Banking Associate / Sr Associate involves leading various equity transactions, developing pitch books for clients in the Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and Industrials sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of deal origination, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive pitch books, ensuring content is compelling, consistent, and tailored to the specific audience.
  • Guide the structure and flow of presentations, ensuring they are clear, persuasive, and aligned with client goals.
  • Provide strategic insights into financial projections, scenario analysis, and valuation metrics.
  • Present analysis in a meaningful way, conduct in-depth industry research, and develop insights to support client decision-making.
Leadership & Team Development:
  • Guide and mentor junior team members through all stages of pitch book development.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and learning.
Stakeholder Communication/Client Management:
  • Provide clear updates to clients and internal stakeholders on progress, key milestones, and any strategic changes or opportunities.
  • Ensure that all communication is clear, concise, and professional.
Business Development:
  • Lead discussions with prospective clients, presenting the firm's capabilities, and understanding client needs to build strong relationships.
  • Contribute to deal origination by preparing client proposals, market analyses, and engaging in idea generation.
  • Maintain and build client relationships, acting as the key point of contact for both current and potential clients.
