Payment Lifecycle Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Payment Lifecycle Specialist to join our team. As a Payment Lifecycle Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payment Processing: Execute high-volume payment processing tasks, including validating global currency fund transfers to ensure accurate and timely transactions following established procedures.
  • Transaction Management: Process payments for cash, trade, merchant, or commercial card transactions as well as customer accounts and verification performing basic research reviewing sanctions fraud fund controls and client investigation.
  • Error Resolution: Identify resolve or escalate procedural issues or operational errors that may arise during payments processing including upholding compliance and risk standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Global Payment Operations: Intermediate knowledge of global payment processing operations or similar operations including understanding of standard operating procedures and customer-specific instructions.
  • Task Management: Skilled in effective execution and task management with strong time management abilities to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
  • Critical Thinking: Proven ability in decision making and problem solving utilizing critical and analytical thinking to ensure accuracy and effective solutions in moderately complex situations.
