Business Growth Associate Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Associate to drive business expansion through identifying and qualifying new leads, building meaningful relationships with potential clients, and scheduling high-value sales appointments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.

  • Research and Strategize: Analyze company data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and recommend targeted outreach strategies.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, solutions, and service teams to align efforts and achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a US outbound sales process, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, listening & relationship-building skills.
  • Education: Graduate in any stream.
