We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for growing our business by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and communicating effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Bid on new business opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Please note that the ideal candidate will have experience working in night shifts and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or related field and excellent market research skills. A Masters degree is a plus but not required.
