Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to lead our revenue generation efforts. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and converting qualified leads into successful business partnerships.

Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with clients and delivering tailored solutions across our linguistic services.

  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their specific needs and requirements
  • Present customized solutions for translation, subtitling, voice-over, and data annotation services
  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, presentations, and quotations
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, including logs, follow-ups, and proposal statuses
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services
  • Track project progress, handle client escalations, and monitor client satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Follow up on collections and ensure payment closures within a 60-day window
  • Participate in industry events and stay informed about trends, client needs, and competitive offerings
Key Performance Indicators
  • Deliver individual monthly sales revenue exceeding target
  • Maintain a minimum lead conversion rate of 40% from qualified marketing leads
  • Achieve a minimum profit margin of 50% on each project
  • Deliver exceptional client service to enhance retention
  • Achieve an average CSAT score of 8.5 or higher from managed accounts
  • Maintain 100% CRM update compliance with no missed client interactions
