Job Title: Technical Business Solutions Specialist

As a Technical Business Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in collaborating with customers to identify and understand their technical requirements and feasibility. Your responsibilities will include attending workshops and meetings with customers to evaluate the overall requirements and effort estimates for all ServiceNow modules. You will work closely with developers to assess the effort required and prioritize demands accordingly.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend workshops and meetings with customers to clearly understand overall requirements and evaluate technical feasibility and effort estimates for all ServiceNow modules.
  • Convert valid feasible technical requirements into refined low level design to code ensuring that the design standards are not compromised.
  • Evaluate new features and functionalities of ServiceNow and work with Platform owner to incorporate them on our platform.
  • Develop skills and knowledge in ServiceNow to improve our delivery capability.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to create, refine, and maintain functional requirements/user stories/use cases and associated work process flows, test cases, etc.
  • Enhance initial demand requests, add required collaborators, prioritize, and approve demands in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage and/or complete the UAT process by performing smoke testing, test case validation, and obtaining business approvals on UAT for scheduled deployments.
  • Establish showback sessions for projects and large demand before launch.
  • Effective quality and time management, code review and checklist validation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certified Administrator preferred.
  • Agile/Scrum certification an advantage.
