Senior Business Solutions Specialist


About the Job:

This role requires an individual who can work closely with business users to understand their requirements, translate them into solution design, and then coordinate with developers to deliver a solution that meets user expectations. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end experience of the project lifecycle, including testing the developed solution to ensure it meets requirements and expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in requirements elicitation sessions with business SMEs to understand details of user stories, functional testing scenarios, and solution acceptance criteria. They will also create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

Required skills include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Life Annuity Insurance domain with close working experience with business users.
  • Knowledge on platform and product configuration skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product configuration in the platform.
  • The ability to configure business requirements and process into the product.
  • Experience working in core policy modules such as new business policy administration, claims, and integration with peripheral systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a proactive approach with a focus on detail.
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to demonstrate logical problem-solving approaches and multitasking capabilities.
  • Experience working in Agile methodology.
