Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sourcing: Identify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, social media, and lead generation tools.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads based on their interest, buying potential, and fit with our products or services.
- Initial Contact: Reach out to prospects, introduce our offerings, and gauge interest through calls, emails, and other communication methods.
- Database Management: Maintain an updated database of leads and track interactions using CRM systems.
- Lead Nurturing: Follow up with leads to answer queries, provide additional information, and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and assist in the conversion process.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
Requirements:
- You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and strategies.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
