Senior Business Development Lead

  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of consultants.
  • Lead client acquisition, retention, and successful placements to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry and recruitment trends to strengthen Peergrowth's positioning.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in Recruitment, Executive Search, or Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven track record in business development, client management, and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience setting up or scaling new business units.
  • Based in Delhi NCR, with strong networks and market understanding.
