- Stay ahead of industry and recruitment trends to strengthen Peergrowth's positioning.
- 15+ years of experience in Recruitment, Executive Search, or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record in business development, client management, and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience setting up or scaling new business units.
- Based in Delhi NCR, with strong networks and market understanding.
- Ownership and autonomy to build and run your own team and strategy.
