This individual will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and onboarding new merchants, building and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or merchant acquisition in the payments or fintech industry.
- Strong knowledge of payment products, merchant acquiring, and fintech solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
