Customer Retention Specialist

Vodafone Idea Limited, a leading telecom service provider in India, is seeking an experienced Customer Retention Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing outbound collections and driving retention efforts across various circles.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the performance of outbound call centre teams and partners to ensure delivery of key KPIs such as retention, collections, CSAT, and quality scores.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, identify best practices, and implement them across the organization.
- Analyze data to build intelligence into the outbound process, ensuring least intrusive retention and collection methods.
- Develop and maintain reports to track performance metrics and provide insights for process improvements.
- Graduate/PG degree in any field with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer retention or similar role.
