We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Customer Support Specialist to join our team at MyOperator. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including calls, emails, and chats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a foundational understanding of MyOperator's products and services.
- Assist in providing quick, professional, and accurate responses to customer inquiries, including questions on orders, quotes, product issues, and general inquiries.
- Support ticket management, ensuring written communication is clear and customer-friendly.
- Meet personal and team targets by learning to explain the benefits of MyOperator's services and identifying opportunities to add value for clients.
Requirements:
- Recent graduates in any field with a keen interest in customer support.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Basic organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn negotiation and client interaction techniques.
- Ability to work from the office (WFO) in Noida Sector 2.
- Availability for a rotational shift schedule.
