About the Role:

This position involves engagement and retention of Channel Partners in a respective city, ensuring a strong influence over the network. The incumbent shall be accountable for maintaining the brand image of Livspace through appropriate conduct. Work will primarily be based out of Experience Centers with occasional fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team targets for Effective Contribution Values (ECVs).
  • Drive Channel Sales and Bookings, along with confirmed bookings within the city.
  • Regularly ensure audit compliance for Channel Partner meetings.
  • Promote quality customer referrals.
  • Maintain engagement among Channel Partners through trust.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post-graduation or graduation with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in core Channel Partnership.
  • Familiarity with real estate brokers and their business operations.
  • Able to motivate and drive the team towards targets.

Salary Estimate:

The salary range for this position is around ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,000,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Note that actual salaries may vary based on individual performance and company policies.
