This role involves handling inbound and outbound voice calls with international clients in the telecom industry, resolving their queries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a professional who can answer international inbound calls, make outbound calls to clients in the telecom industry, and resolve client queries related to telecom services, plans, and billing.

The ideal candidate will provide accurate and timely information on telecom products and services, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecom services, and meet and exceed customer satisfaction and quality targets.

In addition, the representative will escalate complex issues to senior management/team leads and maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need 1-3 years of experience in international voice process or customer service in the telecom industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English (additional languages a plus), strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

You should also have knowledge of the telecom industry and services.

Working Hours:

The selected candidate will work rotational shifts with a 5-day workweek.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum

This salary estimate is based on the job requirements, industry standards, and location.
