This approach allows QA teams of all sizes to start automating their tests in weeks as opposed to months, releasing quality software at speed and scale.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement onboarding programs for new hires and upskill the existing team.
  • Create and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, and toolkits that evolve with product and market changes.
  • Align sales process with the buyer journey, closing skill gaps across the funnel.
  • Partner with GTM leaders to define competencies, certifications, and frameworks for success.
  • Support product launches and GTM initiatives with the right messaging and resources.
  • Own enablement metrics (ramp time, attainment, content usage) and drive measurable impact.
  • Evaluate and implement tools and processes to streamline workflows.
  • Act as a coach and trusted advisor to reps, helping them grow and close better.

What You'll Bring

  • 6–10 years of experience in sales enablement or B2B SaaS sales (quota-carrying experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in high-growth environments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CS.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools and modern sales tech (LMS, CRM, call recording, sales engagement).
  • A builder's mindset and excitement to scale with a fast-growing company.
