Our low-code test automation platform enables everyone in the team to author test cases using plain English statements and run tests across thousands of browsers and devices.
This approach allows QA teams of all sizes to start automating their tests in weeks as opposed to months, releasing quality software at speed and scale.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement onboarding programs for new hires and upskill the existing team.
- Create and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, and toolkits that evolve with product and market changes.
- Align sales process with the buyer journey, closing skill gaps across the funnel.
- Partner with GTM leaders to define competencies, certifications, and frameworks for success.
- Support product launches and GTM initiatives with the right messaging and resources.
- Own enablement metrics (ramp time, attainment, content usage) and drive measurable impact.
- Evaluate and implement tools and processes to streamline workflows.
- Act as a coach and trusted advisor to reps, helping them grow and close better.
What You'll Bring
- 6–10 years of experience in sales enablement or B2B SaaS sales (quota-carrying experience a plus).
- Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in high-growth environments.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CS.
- Familiarity with enablement tools and modern sales tech (LMS, CRM, call recording, sales engagement).
- A builder's mindset and excitement to scale with a fast-growing company.
