About the Role
We're hiring a Lead Generation Specialist who is hands-on, proactive, and outcome-driven. We will prefer experience in travel and aviation sales.
This is not a database-entry or passive role. You'll research, reach out, qualify, and nurture leads end-to-end. Once you've built a solid pipeline, you can coordinate with sales teams to convert opportunities — but first, you own the lead engine yourself.
We're building two high-growth brands:
– Automation for customer conversations in BFSI & Travel
22North – Airline Tech for notifications, boarding, and disruptions
What You'll Do:
Lead Research & Prospecting
- Identify and qualify potential clients across BFSI, Travel, and relevant tech sectors.
- Build lists using LinkedIn, company websites, databases, and other channels.
- Segment prospects based on verticals, revenue, and decision-making authority.
Outreach & Engagement
- Execute cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach.
- Craft personalized messages to engage leads and book meetings.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and track engagement.
Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM.
- Track KPIs: leads generated, conversion rates, meetings booked.
- Provide insights to optimize outreach and targeting strategies.
Collaboration & Feedback
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and campaigns.
- Feed market insights into broader marketing and product strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales support (B2B preferred).
- Proficiency with CRM tools, email outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and persuasive writing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable owning the end-to-end process.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to experiment, iterate, and scale.
