Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, located in Vadodara. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer satisfaction, communicating effectively with clients, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, following up on leads, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring client needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in sales within the technology or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
