Inside sales Team is the cornerstone of any successful organization because they ultimately generate new revenue by getting client business referrals, network, and web leads and Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Therefore, they need to upgrade themselves regularly with current industry trends and maintain good relations with potential business entrepreneurs.What You'll DoResponsible for coordinating activities related to sales and customer service on clients' accountsIdentifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunitiesCreating a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accountsSetting up meetings with US-based clients via calls and EmailsAcknowledge incoming telephone calls, emails, letters, and messages, and pass it to the sales representative or account manager to provide a detailed responseBuilding business relationships with current and potential clientsCollaborating with clients in the US to secure, retain, and grow accountsDoing extensive Market Research on all potential clientsDeveloping customized targeted sales strategiesCoordinating business generation activitiesAnswering potential client questions and follow-up call questionsMeeting or exceeding annual sales goals.Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecastingWhat Youll NeedComfortable making calls and talking to new people all-dayExcellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with clientsPersuasive and goal-orientedPossesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanourEager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territoriesSelf-motivated and self-directedAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyIn-depth understanding of company services and their position in the industryAble to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlinesExcellent analytical and time-management skillsTenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential clientAbility to work independently or as an active member of a teamStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)Must Haves-Experience with lead generation and prospect managementCold calling experience; Previous experience as an inside sales representative, or related sales experienceAble to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally
