Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and assist them with product/service-related queries.
  • Present company offerings effectively to prospective customers.
  • Nurture relationships with leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client and lead information.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
  • Provide timely feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
