We serve various industries such as Healthcare, Energy, Construction, Finance, and Media, offering IT solutions and dedicated remote resources to clients on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and assist them with product/service-related queries.
- Present company offerings effectively to prospective customers.
- Nurture relationships with leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client and lead information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
- Provide timely feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
