
Business Development Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), providing them with expert support, and ensuring they meet their sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new IFAs, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Product Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of our investment and insurance products, enabling IFAs to make informed decisions and drive sales.
- Sales Support: Offer regular updates, product information, and support to help IFAs achieve their sales targets.
- Query Resolution: Address queries and concerns promptly, ensuring excellent service delivery to our IFA partners.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: A proven track record in financial services, particularly in mutual funds, insurance, or wealth management.
- Financial Acumen: In-depth understanding of financial products and IFA business models.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster strong partnerships.
- Target Achievement: Ability to meet sales targets and work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).

- Presentation Skills: Good presentation and training skills to effectively communicate with IFAs.
- Proactivity: Self-driven and proactive attitude to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
