About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and yearly sales targets, increasing business in assigned accounts, and understanding customer requirements and market trends.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
- Increase business in assigned accounts
- Understand customer requirements and market trends
- Introduce latest products and technical updates to customers
- Record customer visits and update CRM entries regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Develop new customers through lead follow-up and prospecting
- Negotiate quotations and commercial agreements with customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Negotiation skills
- B2B sales and marketing experience in industrial automation
- Added advantage: distribution or integration experience
- Product knowledge of Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider, ABB, Allen Bradley
- Preferred industry experience: To be filled by Hiring Manager
- Preferred domain knowledge: To be filled by Hiring Manager
Target Companies: To be filled by Hiring Manager

Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma - Electrical/Instrumentation
